The new Fiat Ducato with its brothers the Peugeot Boxer and Citroen Relay has established itself as a front runner in the light commercial market.

With its new 2.3-litre 130hp common rail diesel engine, ABS as standard, Disc brakes fitted in all four corners and  ESP as an optional extra, it uses the same engine as the reliable, robust new Iveco daily, it benefits from having a six-speed gearbox.

Payloads range from 1,000Kg to 2,000Kg, there are also three wheelbases 3,000mm, 3,450mm and 4,035mm with four overall lengths as well as three roof heights.

With an identical cab to that of the Boxer and Relay, storage space is not in short supply, with the optional extras available; it seems more like a car.
